I made a mint wine, its fermented now down to 1.010 from 1.100 (so 11.81% I think) but I have a huge air gap that needs filling in the DJ, made a huge mess up on this one I think. circa 4" to the neck of the bottle needs...

I've just made up 10 litres of this, it's my second ever brew so wish me luck. I added some yeast nutrient too....should I have done that :hmm:

I kept putting the cat out to stop my son doing it but the cat kept coming back in, all whilst trying to get this brew on, I was a bit flustered to say the least. Thankfully no Lego went up the cats bum and the cat didn't wallop him.
