I love this kit. I use Molasses sugar from asda to make it and for priming. Thats enough treacle flavour I feel.

I use pint bottles and put in 1tsp and it turned out quite good

I bought a spare keg so I got 4 in total, I usually just make my kits to 20 lts anyway so this fits just fine. I put Geordies Winter Warmer into it as I got that at christmas. I think you can put anything into them though Cheers

Hey Eduardo I just used mine for the first time on Friday. It is recommended that you use half the amount of sugar for priming or the keg may warp or buckle. Mine had a set of instructions which stated the amount of grams of sugar per litre. worth checking your kit out for these. Good luck...

Hey Shrekfeet Like you I am new to this and only bottled my 2nd brew last night. I made a mistake with priming my first batch (Scottish Heavy) as I only gave it a half tea spoon to each bottle. my bottles are 568mls so require more, other thing was that I left too much of a gap from the top of...

I am aware that the forum has been taken over but the new style search is so time consuming to use now. Before we could search for a topic and it would give you posts relating to the query. But now the results include every response to post relating to the search (if you know what I mean lol)...
