My Pipster pale....its at the point where I would have just about finished it all but due to not drinking lately I've got a full batch to destroy.
And we all know that usually it's at its best when you've nearly finished it all!

After last evening's bottling of Nancy Naylor Landlady a Coopers sparling ale clone.
that's a tenby brewing glass unless I'm mistaken. They gave me one in honour of going through the board on a visit.

Last night was a Jenlain Bière de Garde Ambrée, followed by a palate-freshening Low ABV elderflower pale I made last spring.

I've done the board at the Burton Bridge Brewery tap on several occasions (annual pilgrimage) and I've never had an honourable glass gift.
Great beers, mind.

Trying my Dry Stout. Needed a sample to check gravity again so thought I'd draw off a bit more. Ok but as expected needs time to condition. Want to package this next week as have some lagers planned.
Not sure if I've shown my Murphy's glass on here before so using that. Beer isn't an attempt at a clone of anything, but would lean more in the direction of O'Hara's.

I have a citra pale like that but I thought astringency as it was very bitter but tried again there now and it’s not as bad. Will leave for a few more weeks to see. And also remember to remove the hop bag before I leave to overnight chill

Ha, yes that'll do it.
I'm thinking I'll leave it be for another month or so see if it mellows a bit. Once I'd got 3/4 of the way through it was slightly better. Still looked like I had 4 pickled onions in my mouth though.
A few months or years and it will be reet

I had a pint of this one a few weeks ago and the first few mouthfuls were ok and then I had to pour it and couldn’t drink anything else due to tastebud death
