Ale Kit Recommendations?

Hi all,

As far as ales go I like Old Speckled Hen & Abbott Ale. Are there any kits out there that are in the same ball park?

I've done a Muntons Gold Old English Bitter that turned out quite similar. Slightly sweet with a malty flavour that reminded me of something between Abbott and Ruddles. Rather enjoyed it and luckily I was gifted a few by a family member.
If you're after something that's as close as possible to Abbott then @dowden87 has done the kit below.....

He was very pleased with it and commented on how similar it was to Abbott. I've got one to do myself but it's a few brews down my schedule

Muntons Hand Crafted range Midas Touch was a very nice Ale. I really enjoyed it.

Festival Friars Ale is supposed to be "inspired by" Abbot. Not done it myself so can't comment but the Fesyival kits I've done were good.

Love Brewing’s Beerworks kits tend to be very good and there are a few ‘traditional’ bitters in the range.
