Mines finished its 2 weeks in the cold but I've already had a few. Taste is good but a little to Much carbonation for me, no matter how carefully I pour it fizzes up and I get a massive head.
Have Just got this brew going on Saturday started bubbling away nicely. Planning on leaving it to ferment out add the hops for 5 days then transfer to the secondary for a few days to clear before transferring again to bottle.
Would it affect it if I put it in the second after 10 days when it's still fermenting or should I leave it to ferment out fully? Let me no how long it takes for it to slow down.
I started this on Monday night and have had some activity tonight when I checked on it bubbling away nicely. I've not opened the lid yet going to wait for 10 day. It's my first brew and can't wait to try it .
Thanks for the advice, I'm a bit worried that it's a bit cold for it not had the heating on in the house yet and had a cold day here today. Hopefully now the heating is on I'll get some bubbles in the air lock.
