    pectose and glycerine

Yeah that's what I have decided to do because the grapes would give that slight wine taste ! I'm also interested in low alcohol versions maybe ale yeast n make a 5%round about fruity juice ( poof juice as I call it) That should work shouldn't it?

    pectose and glycerine

That sounds lovely! I might have to have a look at that juice ! I was going to use rasberry and pomegranate ( separate juices) and I was thinking about a strawberry kewi and maybe a bit of lemon and lime but if Asda do these juices then that's great ! I think I'd adventure down to get some!

    pectose and glycerine

Does that rule count if I was to maybe add other juices like rasberry or cherry or what ever, I know a lot if them are not 100% would I double up or its just the grape that needs to be 100%? I'm just waitig for an answer I probably already know but having a daft moment haha

    pectose and glycerine

Thankyou for the quick reply! Another tiny quick one ( it may sound stupid) If it's 50% juice add two cartons, is that because the flavour would be too weak ?

    pectose and glycerine

I am going to journey into WOW's very soon and I have just a few questions. I know what pectose is but when would I add it, before fermentation or after? Also I've had a look at what glycerine and what I understand it's a alcohol-sugar soulution that's sweet. What is the purpose of this, is...

    coopers new fermenter

I've done two bad brews from this, I'm not blaming the fermenter I know it most likely was me but I wanted to hear to views on it. I liked the idea of it before I started, but since done a wine in a demijohn and that you vs alcoshots in their bucket which you leave a gap and both turned out...

    still no better

I would agree about temp! Although for the first two lagers I did it was alright temp ! I've done two more brews since with good results and I personaly think it was sitting on the yeast cake to long as the other sucessful brews have that same twang but the flavour is over powering it ! That...

    racking to a closed bucket

Thankyou for your replies! I always follow the instructions but sometimes as you know they can be ambitious! Like I said after a quick taste it tasted like rose, so at the minute atleast it tastes like wine haha! :)

    racking to a closed bucket

Okay thabks, I'm 98% sire it's cleared in the demijohn ( it's a red) I just don't want it sitting on the yeast for too long cause I think that's what ruined my last two beer, they came out with mega "yeast bite"

    racking to a closed bucket

Hey guys, I'm on my first wine kit, and it seems to be going very well. My question is I'm going to rack it off to a secondary, fermentations done and it's clearing/cleared I am wondering if it is safe to rack it into one of my fermentation buckets problem is it does not have an airlock but...
