    Another point to note that if you have used an ale yeast it will probably stop at about 1.010 which will leave you with a sweet cider if you leave it to age a bit .

    Done this one myself recently . I used a brew enhancer kit instead of brewing sugar and it came out very well indeed . I get the odd bottle with a fragment of dry hop pellet but with a beer that tastes this good its a small price to pay .
