I made 2 of these kits side by side and tbh there not to bad.......but I do prefer the cellar 7 Sauvignon Blanc...... also in fairness the winebuddy red merlot after a few weeks ageing was actually pretty good.

Its condensation, been in shed since bottling. was 100pc clear when it went into bottle. Old trainers maybe a bit harsh, its not too unplesant to drink, Ill know more when i get to the end of 500ml bottle :-)

Hi I mostly have made wine and occasionaly beer, but never cider Ive got 4-5 litres of apple juice spare and a demijohn..... I was thinking about making a cider brew and maybe adding a cinamon stick, for xmas time..... Am i right in thinking, 4.5 litres of pure juice, and some yeast ? do...

I just learned from a messy mistake Keep the drill degassing away from the sides......big hole....lots of fermented wine all over kitchen work top and floor and if that wasn't the end, the degassing tool broke.....now only has one plastic propeller :-(

i used wgj concentrate, you can get from wilko or brew shop might try it with rgj once i clear some room
