    Cleaning

    Hello, I have purchased new bottles - What process should I use to clean them before use, ( for Wine). At the moment I am washing in a Hypochlorite solution and then rinsing in a solution of 5grams of Sodium MetaBisulphate in 5 litres of water and then drying. Is this satisfactory? LR

    % Alcohol

    Hello, Hope everyone is well out there. Have not been here for a while but do have a question. In broad ballpark figures - If I have 5 litres of fruit juice and I add 1 litre of 40% by volume - what would the resulting % alcohol of the whole 6 litres. Cheers LR

    Reminder Please
