    alcohol content

    Is there a way to check alcohol content at bottling time ? I am bottling pineapple wow and dried apricot that I started last year, this is a first attempt basically. The wine tastes pleasant but I don't want to give it to people if it doesn't contain any alcohol. Thanks if you can help.
