Seems to be all the trend to have lemon flavoured lager these days with fosters radler, and a few more advertised. so i'm thinking of making a cheap lager kit, and once its done use lemon cordial to carb my beer, any views if this will work??? Thanks in advance and sorry for my long absence...

Ok so I'm now drinking my first ever ale a bishops shepherd finger and its far to bitter for me. 3 more assorted bottles in fridge lets hope I can find one I like.

Well I've tried the grand total of 0, :shock: even though I've worked in pubs on and off for the last 14 years I've never actually drank an ale. I normally drink cider and the occasional lager. I've never been a fan of bitter but at the grand hold age of 30 I've decided it's time to try some...

Sounds like a brill idea but only got 1 beer bottled and I would be ashamed to send it haha maybe next year.

I've been using the wilkinsons corks and so far I've opened 5 bottles ok and 1 cork crumbled. Thinking off going buying some waxed corks before I bottle any more.

Play some online poker, fold unless its decent pair or two high cards. Don't jump in to raise if you get a decent hand, like homebrewing patience is the key haha

It's been in the fv for about 3 weeks, the fg was fine. I've just put it somewhere warm and will leave it there for a week or so then move somewhere cool its to drink at Christmas so hopefully will clear if not ill have to manage with the ever growing wine collecting :)

Ok so it started to ferment again and I've now bottled what's the chance of it clearing
