Hi, we got one last batch of the kegs in stock. We have now reduced the price to ã31.95 on the remaining few. We also have good prices on regulators and disconnects to go along with the kegs.

Hey AT, looks good. Hope you have a bottle left aside for myself and derek :?: :?: . We have a brew bottled yesterday, a stone IPA, packed to hilt with centennial. Expect a few heading your way in the next week or so ;) ;) .
Cheers Delboy. I have all the ingredients listed including the Northdown. I hav'nt done a 90 minute mash or boil before. Would I need to tweak the recipe if I went for 60 minutes on both. I am a lazy git. Or do I really need to do the 90 :x
Boiled her up today with 50g Galena as suggested. In two fermenters at the mo. I didn't realise it would take so long to bring 50 litre or so to the boil from a very low temp.
Mashed this tonight, will boil tomorrow. Aiming for 48 lt in the fermenter. Went very smooth. Have Galena hops at 12.6% AA to add tomorrow. Any ideas on how much to add.

It went smoothly. I forgot to add the pH 5.2 but then again I did not always have the stuff and the brews turned out fine. My gravity was 1.048, expected 1.052. I think I got alot more than 50 lt I expected. My 33lt fermenter is full and my other fermenter has about 6 gallon in it judging by...
After alot of considerations, I am going with this recipe. I am getting to use up my old hops for the bittering as well as try a new one in Mount Hood. I hav'nt tried MH before, has anyone used these? I am also getting to use some opened grain.
10 kg. Maris Otter Pale
1.60 kg. Crystal Malt...
That makes sense. it is very good and has the alcohol content I am after. Plus I can ring you went it all starts going wrong. Hav'nt brewed in soo long.
