I have always wanted to know what would happen if you recycle yeast using a centrifuge. I finished primary fermentation on a beer, and thought I would give it a go. 3 min @ 3500 RPM after washing with a stir plate for 1 hour.

I used to use kilner jars and pop then in the freezer. Now I have a vacuum packer. This saves space my limited freezer space. Duke
