Loving this thread & pics. It's inspired me to set some away. How long after bottling is it ready to drink?

Around 9 minutes here  . 2 weeks in the warm after bottling, then 2 weeks in the cold and some beers are ready, but some take months. :thumb:

thanks hong ... :thumb: ..

i had my stout in the first fv for 8 days ...
then put it into the 2nd fv for 14 days .. .
i think 8 days would have done just as well .. :thumb: .
then i batch primed it with 115g of brewing sugar and bottled it ...

so i had it 2 more weeks in my bedroom in the warm ...
then i put it in the shed foe 4 weeks ...
and its been well worth the wait ...

its totaly delish... :thumb:

ok heres my sweet newkie brown this is my first bottle from this brew ...
and i have to say its totaly lush ... :drink: .
ill defo do this one again ... :D .

its very dark almost burgundy in color...
with a good head that sadly goes after 10 mins but clings to the glass
it has a slightly burnt caramel flavour and a great mouth feel ...
a very smooth rich sweet creamy texture...
with a slight bitter chocolate after taste very moreish...
and at 6.6 % ... :thumb:
and i have to say very little sediment in the bottle... :thumb: .

heres some pics ...
