I was hoping to impress you with the WLP300 i managed to keep in the fridge for a year in a glass tumbler covered in clingfilm which successfully fermented my latest hefe but doesnot hold a light to this prehistoric yeast
 
Funnily enough members of the grass family including barley had not evolved when that weevil was around, its a strange world
