Regular.
Taking advice from this thread I brewed this on the 11th of November:
1.5kg Maris Otter
500g Rauchmalt
125g Chocolate Malt
125 Crystal
Mashed at 67 for an hour
20g Fuggles leaf at boil
10g Fuggles at 50 minutes
OG 1058
Half a sachet of Wilkos gervin yeast.
Really pleased, just the right level of smokiness for me, balanced with the sweetness of the chocolate malt, and a nice simple hop flavour. I'll certainly make this again, but I'm hoping it'll keep for a while.
