9.5 pounds of pale malt
.5 pound of Crystal 60 (medium)
1.5oz Cascade @60min
.5oz Cascade @15min
.5oz Cascade @10min
.5oz Cascade @5min
1oz Cascade @0min
Dry hop with 1oz Cascade (I throw it right in the corny in a muslin sack)
I mash for 90 minutes at 152F and boil for 60.
