Looking for a new pot for my induction hob. Does anyone know what the maximum i can boil with my bufallo 3kw. Fairly sure i heard of people boiling a 50l pot on them but wondering if i should get something bigger so i dont need to worry about boil overs. The SS ones look good but well over £200 when you add a thermometer. Bridgewater brewing have some nice pots but 50l or 100l. I think 100l would be way too big so its either 50l or 70l. Brewbuilder have some nice looking pots but without any holes cut out. https://www.brewbuilder.co.uk/mk2-high-end-brew-pot.html
Anyone know if they cut them out for you? Also what else will i need? I use pellets now so i guess i don't need a false bottom.
I already have a tap and thermowell but no idea if the shank on the latter is long enough. Looks very short to me.

I've got a 50L BrewBuilder high end pot which has plenty of room for full size 20 odd litre batches and works fine.
They will cut the holes for you, there's a shop item to add to your basket, £5 per hole. I'm not sure how you find it normally, but searching for "hole cutting" works.

I got the pot with thermometer, tap & pickup tube, didn't bother with false bottom or bazooka.
I'm very happy with it, except that the volume markings on the inside were quite a bit out which is a bit annoying as I have to mentally adjust each time I check the volume.

Check out this thread from when I was looking for advice, there's some boil timings if you read through
