Maybe something like this?

"For a strawberry cider, I would throw 4ltrs of apple juice in the DJ, get a punnet of strawberries and puree them or boil them up in 1/2 ltr of water.
Check the SG, and add sugar to get to the desired gravity, throw in a spoon of yeast nutrient and a sachet of yeast (champagne) and let her bubble away."

Just experiment I reckon.

Anyone else got a recipe?
