Hi Andy - looks good! What was the recipe? I'd be interested in brewing something like 80/-

It's the recipe called "Big Kenny" in the recipes section.
Brewed it a couple of times and it's a good 'un. :thumb:

The Kenny brew is on my list to try too....

So many recipes, so little time....

anyone with an update or can give an impression of this brews taste. I'm looking to do this as my first brew in the new equipment probably February.
This one appeals to me.

Had my first taste of this brew today.
Brewed on 29 January 2013.
Nice tasting pint of bitter. slightly undercarbed with a small head tho it lasted a long time, slightly cloudy and I think needs another week in the bottle. I've had trouble conditioning the bottles due to cold weather.
All in all nice pleasant tasting beer that can only get better. Very enjoyable

I found that this needed 6-8 weeks to be at it's best, unfortunately for me most of it was gone by that point :D
