just started brewing some wine i did some 20 odd yrs ago but have forgot most things i have at the moment 4 wines on the go 2 of the kits youngs and a ribena and a lidl grape juice one all i put in the 2 juice ones was sugar water and yeast after reading a few posts i think i should have added extra stuff like grape concentrate and maybe nutrient anyway i am thinking of trying a rose wine using a bottle of rose syrup . what else should i add to the brew besides sugar water and yeast ?
