Sorry put a post up, that might be more complicated, this will be easier,
I have a Wilco White wine Concentrate can I use it it on a wow, any recipes would be appreciated.
 
Yes you can in fact it is regularly used to add vineousity to non grape country wines.
Get a hydrometer from Wilkinsons, print off a brix/SG chart from the internet that will give you % alcohol once your yeasties have finished and add what you want, keeping in mind what you think will work, have a look at the million other posts on the WOW thread and well...get experimenting. That is where the fun is and you WILL get some surprising results :D
Keep them light, to around 11%.. don't get carried away with aiming for silly % and you will end with some very quaffable wines.
