Too cool to bottle condition?

Now that the weather is getting colder the room temperature where I've stored my beer after bottling is 12-13 degrees centigrade. Is this too cool to carbonate the bottles?

Too cool if you want it carbonating in 2 weeks, I should think.
 
Ok. Thanks for your help. I'll move it somewhere warmer.

np. Even 1C or 2C will help. I use nottingham yeast from wilko. the Danstar nottingham ale yeast according to there website, has a temp range of 14C-21C so if your yeast is notty which it may well be as it notty is cheap so many kits use it (your using a kit?) 12C-13C will probably put the yeast into hibernation.
 
That temp is near perfect cellar temp, no good for conditioning but will be perfect in a couple of weeks for helping to clear and then store.
