Coconut recipes

Does anyone have any recipes with coconut in it. I love the coconut flavour in things.

I saw rubicon pineapple and coconut juice but it had milk in it so I assumed it wouldn't work in a brew cos it will curdle. Am I right with this

But other recipes will be good :)

I think it would curdle but there is a milk wine recipe on the forum somewhere.

You could try using the coconut water that is now avalible but it would be quite expensive. What about adding dessicated or fresh coconut to a finished brew like a dry hop? the alcohol present would draw out the flavour :hmm:

Coconut is full of fat so would play havoc to the head in a beer.

I've made a Coconut and Mango wine before. The coconut came through nice. I'll post my recipe when I get home.

There's also another one about using coconut water viewtopic.php?f=40&t=24327&hilit=milk it doesn't say if anyone actually did it, but you could always ask.

I went and did a pine apple wow and added part toasted and normal desiccated coconut. Hopefully it will taste yummy lol
