Can anyone recommend a good modern wine recipe / making book as mine are all very old.
 
I think they will still give you some good recipes, and the basics are still the same. On here there are umpteen WOW variants as well as recipes members have posted, and if all that is not enough there is always the biggest recipe book of all ... the internet, and they are all FREE!!!!
 
Will mainly be doing fruit & veg wines. Anything that can be foraged or bought cheap.
