I love this brew too, put my fith on on Sat, used wlp500 in my last just to see what difference it makes to the taste.
Going to give it another week then I will give it a taste, tasted and smelled a bit like Leffe when I took my FG, with a good hop whack at the end.
Hi, tried this at the weekend and its good, has a slightly less tart taste to it than Leffe but similar to it, would deffo use this yeast again, seemed to be a cleaner yeast than the wlp001 that i normally use for the SNPA clone.
Amazed at how just changing the yeast can produce two totally different beers.
