Just tested some brew I kegged get a while ago ( 6 weeks) - it's still cloudy and flat. I think air has leaked through the top washer of the keg as it seems to be pulling air in when you open the bottom tap.

Is there anyway to "redo" it or is it best chucking the whole 40 pints? :(

Thanks in advance

If it still tastes OK and not infected you might be OK. Fix the leak and fill with co2 if you have an injector cap. If not, get one. You could also try repriming with some sugar and putting it somewhere warm to regas.

I had this trouble with my first brew. I'd over tightened the cap and creased the o ring.
To fix, following advice on here, I put the ring in boiling water to allow it go back to its original shape, re primed with a bit less sugar and tried again. Turned out ok, but a little bit too fizzy.
