First Rose Kit

Just started my first Rose, sticking with the California Connoisseur kits as they have done me well so far:

Bit of a lower SG that I have had with my reds at 1.080

Already bubbling away :)

Did this kit a couple of months ago. Was very pleased (or should I say, MrsP was!) with the results!

I'm a red person, but the mrs likes her Rose, so hopefully she'll be happy too. What ABV did you end up with MrP?

First fermentation stage done and down to 993 (~11%) hopefully will drop a bit more over the next couple of weeks.

Looks good, most of my wines are rose as i make them with red grape juice.

Actually i like rose wine that make by red grape . And rose wine is very pleasure for me. Thanks for posting that.
