Hello, I'm going to make a Coopers stout. I've made one before just using the tin and nothing extra and it was really nice.
To give it a mre chocolatey flavour would it be possible to just add some liquer essence?
I haven't really got any time to add anything else and thought this might be okay.
Thoughts?

Thanks for asking this Ernest.
I've got one brewing at the moment and am already planning the next. I was thinking of going the coffee and chocolate route, but have no idea as to the best form of chocolate to use.

Coopers have a recipe where they add malt extract and extra grains to the tin and then 50ml of chocolate flavoured spirit essence.
I think that just adding the essence would be okay.
