I was going to take my wheat beer and remake it. This time in secondary I was going to add the juice of two pineapples. I was just wondering would you freeze the juice before you added it to kill off a few beasties?
I think i read somewhere if you use the fruit you can freeze it and let it defrost then do it again. Kills bacteria and softens the fruit. Am wondering if your gonna end up with an overly sweet beer though. How much are you gonna add?
