Can't seem to get white grape juice anywhere only WaitRose and there's not one near me. Just wondering if I could use white grape concentrate instead ?

With the concentrate how would I calculate the amount of concentrate to my gallon dj ?

Can you use a hydrometer that gives the sugar content on the scale? Mine has this but not sure how to use it on this scale.

One tub of WGC, usually around 225 -250g/ml, is the same as 1L of WGJ

How do you make up the loss of liquid then because your missing 750ml by using the concentrate . Do you just use water or maybe another apple juice?

you could, but it depends on what you are planning on making though, 2L of apple and one WGC, or maybe even 1L apple and 1 WGC would make an easy white style wine.

Cheers I've made a white wine before with 1 lt of apple and 1 lt of white grape and it was lovely but I've never done it with the wgc before.
