Hope I'm not being daft with this post. I've had 5 gals of the easy rose wine on the go.
Should I stabilise it with Camden tablets, if so, how many.
What I intended was to rack it off the fv into another one, chuck in the Camden tablets and then some finings after a few days, then put it into a polypin or similar.
At what point should I de-gas it?
So many questions I know but ......

From what I've read and done.
Rack off to 1 Camden tablet per gallon.
Stabalise using wine Stabaliser.
Degass
Then add finings.

Campden tablets only stun the yeast and are used in racking to help stop the wine spoiling while ageing, you need to kill the yeast with fermentation stopped (wine stabiliser) especially if topping up with juice or back sweetening.
