Well after doing my 1st all grain Bass last weekend (which is going well in the ferm) I think I will give the Hobgoblin clone a go. After having done the 1st I now have a few ways to do a couple of things different with timings and things.
Looking forward to it especially with the cold outside and I will be in warm shed movies on and drinking a few Nog and Apa.Have a great brewing weekend everyone.
Will put up some pictures when I get going.

Did you get the clone WITH cascade?

I've tried both, and without it its just not 'right' ... Even though most will say it doesn't have it in.
