A few people at the hot break asked me to post the recipe for my bitter which came 3rd at the hop break. The name is because of the hop used and the near 200 mile each way to the hot break.

4000 gms Crisps pale malt,
300 gms Vienna malt,
mashed for 90 mins at 66c

10 gms galaxy for 90 mins,
10 gms galaxy for 30 mins,
10 gms galaxy for 15 mins
20 gms galaxy 0 mins.

on paper the og should have been 1042 but it came out 1040
fermented with whitelabs WLP002 English yeast.
