My first batch of Beaverdale white had stopped bubbling and started to clear, I've bunged the stabiliser in two days ago and have been shaking vigorously 3 times a day. There doesn't seem to be any gas coming out any more so I'mready for the finings. The instructions say add the sachet of Kieselsol and shake for 10 secs then add the Chitosan 24hrs later and shake for 10 secs. It then says Finings work best if they are lightly mixed in (folded in)
