I`ve started a brew this morning and I`m still abit hungover,so god knows how this is going to end up.Anyway here`s what`s mashing atm.
4kg Irish Ale malt
58g Chateau Roasted barley
90g Crystal light malt,
and here`s what hops I have
30g Fuggles pellets(4.9%
30g Cascade pellets (8.3%)

Safale US-05 yeast

I`d like a schedule to add these hops please.

If it were me I'd go something like:

20g Fuggles @ 60min
10g Fuggles @ 20min
30g Cascade @ 5min

All depends on your tastes though. I'd also be tempted to mix them up together and add them as per the above schedule. It'd be really interesting to see what the outcome would be!

How big a batch is it?

Given that the Cascade pellets have 8.3% AA you may want to consider using that in the 60 min bittering addition as opposed to the 4.9% fuggles.

I would normally agree with using the higher alpha hops for the bittering addition, but I personally don't like the bittering characteristics of Cascade.
