Planning this for the weekend, anybody else used Wai-iti lately? Similar hop schedule?
The pilsner malt is using up a bag, I might lengthen the brew to finish nearer 5%.

Looks awesome! Whats the Wai-iti hop like?

Don't know, haven't used it before, meant to be citrussy with noticeable lime and tangerine aromas. Very low AA% hence bittering with the Galaxy.

Might drop the crystal malt by half as don't want much sweetness.

Not got round to this yet as been spending time on my other hobby.

The good weather has meant I've been able to get quite a few miles in.
Which all goes to balance the drinking of future brews!

Am now planning to brew next Tuesday, but if the sun is shining.....

Definitely interested to hear how this turns out. I'm planning my summer brews and want to get a few hoppy pales in stock. One will definitely be citra based but when browsing the hops wai-iti caught my eye.

Got this done today, just pitched the yeast in 23 litres.
Bit dissappointed by lack of aroma from the Wai-iti hops during boil and from fv, hopefully dry hopping will give it some oomph.
