I think the fading hop aroma is a well documented thing. My Amarillo which I think I bottled in early December has dropped away hugely. Still good, but not as enticing as it was a while back

Cracking recipe I might give it a go once I have stocked up on the torrified wheat, checked what hops I have in last night to use up, I have cascade, target and bramling cross so will try with two out of the three

Update:
Racked to secondary on 10/5 and dry hopped with 10g of Amarillo.
Bottled today and smells and tastes great!

Bottled on Thursday!,I will crack one next weekend and let you know how it goes. I could of drank it flat and warm out of the bottling bucket so got high hopes!
