just started my 2nd lot of apple and pineapple cider/wine (Hawaiian headbanger)
first lot tasted really good so i am looking forward to this next lot.

Any chance of the recipe ratios please?

3 litres apple juice 1 litres pineapple. on its own it was 5% but i have added more sugar to make it about 7.5%. and some soaked rasion juice to feed the yeast. sorry i should have said it before. after its done each bottle had 2 spoon fulls of sugar in each wine glass but maybe it was a tad to much.

so sorry for not posting it XD.
