Beer books

Can anyone recommend any good books on beer? I'm ashamed to say my knowledge doesn't extend much outside of lagers and stouts. Been watching YouTube videos on different yeasts you can get for brewing, and they're talking about French Saisons, Belgian Tripels and English Bitters.

Traveling with work round Ireland it seems to be Guinness, Rockshore, Heineken and cider in the hotel bars, and I don't get the chance to try much new.

Just looking a book that tells you what the beers are made from, taste like, and the best examples of them that you can get in a shop.
