I just started off a Munton's nut brown ale, supposed to be a newcie brown replica, if so I'm going to enjoy it, a lot :D

Standard 1 can kit, added 550 grammes medium malt DME plus 500 grammes of brewing sugar. Topped it up with bottled water, bought for this brew, but also so I had some more 5 litre bottles to feed my turbo cider brewing addiction :)

When it's ready for tasting I'll check the beer kit review section and post the results :)

Looking forward to seeing the results of this. You have brewed it the same way i would have done, using the medium malt, i may have been tempted to add in some golden syrup aswel :D

I was tempted to chuck an entire kilo of DME in, but then I might as well use a two can kit cost wise, I'm looking more and more towards the dark side because of the cost / taste benefits, I know what I want and it's looking like BIAB is the way for me to go :D
