Beer Kits - DME for Sugar

Hi

I have a new Coopers beer kit and was after any thoughts on replacing the 1kg of sugar/dextrose with 1 kg of Muntons Spraymalt (DME Light).

Any views on what would be the outcome (I'm hoping for a better quality beer).

Yep, you'll get a better quality more full bodied beer. Sugar can thin a beer out and leave it tasting too dry.

I took a reading yesterday (1.016) and think it may have another few days to go (og 1.041).
