Brew struggling to get going advice please

Hi

Started a Black Rock Bock (BBE Sept 2013) on 6th June. Day later it was reluctantly bubbling through airlock at 24 c. Next day practically nothing, So i stirred and managed to get some activity which died a few hours later. Tried again same thing. Currently at 22 c.

Should i :

Add some more yeast off another exact same beer kit

or

add a youngs lager yeast which i have

or what else could i try

Try measuring the SG for peace of mind then leave it alone for a week. It's probably fine.

p.s. try getting the temp down a bit too...18-21.
