Short notice I know but at 9 (I'm normally watching the mentalist on 5) Gerry Robinson (who did a business show trying to improve small businesses, a bit like Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares for small businesses) has to decide which of two (failing?) breweries he's going to invest a load of money in. It's on Channel 4 so may well be on their on demand service later. Might be of interest to those more commercially minded, or those of us who just like to perve on bigger brewing gear.

You mean about AT being a perv?

Gerry Robinson is a very good Business Guru so I'm looking forward to seeing it.

Apparently it's a cross between Dragon's Den (putting his own money in) and Troubleshooter (Sir John Harvey-Jones) back in the late 80's.

Worth a watch. :thumb:

Should be on C4+1 too for those who missed the start.

It seems to me that small businesses are about your product and your people. With both products 'award winners' it was the people that fell under the spotlight rather than the brewing.

I got told to watch it, but decided to stay in the pub instead.

Which two breweries were on it?
