Anyhoo, was doing deep clean on my GF G30 & realised it was 10 years ago i bought the GF.

So faffing on taking the GF jkt off n deep clean.
Nowt exiting mind.

Own 5 & run 2 for other people...NO making millions alas. only small channels, but i enjoyed editing video faffing on.

TBH no idea, A FEW HUNDRED TBH.
Keeping the system semi manual, was my aim.
Going from 3 tier, which i loved hand(s) parden the pun!! (one handed joke!) couldnt be on with automated press button on a app etc. & forget til next notifition.
Obv. one day the GF will be replaced.

As most know (due to my condition) i change my mind every two mins, its stead to my brewing.
I fabricobbled up a 23L NEIPA (Juicey Lucy), but it hit home the prices of yeast, not so much the grains.

One upon a time a big grain bill n hops brew was boot £35.
knaaaaaaaaaaaa now try £50-60, once you inc. vat P&P etc.
I think yous know where i'm going to next?
It went down to 2 x 11L small batches (losing %ABV)if i wanted do lol!

Dry hopping the Cream NEIPA, bout 15c.
My Ferm fridge heater give up the ghost.
a shameless plug on one of my channels

So chuffed the the juicey lucy was finished fermentation, so it can sit in the brewery floor.
My idea is the cream NEIPA going doon to cold crash, & hoy the juicey lucy keg in aswell.
JL will be racked off in the keg, as i want to wash n harfest the yeast (16 quid!)
And there talk about bottling a NEIPA, oxydication ( spelling)
but close transfer with the blickmann beer gun.
50-50 i change my mind TBH.

cut a long story short (barrr! thank God!)
Billy the Grim Reaper visited three times ova the last few months! i was not having anyone of it! so give him the heave hoo! the specialist at hossy now calling me 9 lives Brian!!
your not hear my waffle so it thought time to dust of brewery and deep clean gears.
couple o lads that on my one o my youtube channels would like me do a Amber ale, and another fancied spitfire ale!
lucky nuff i’ve recipes somewhere in pc for both.
soooo! what you think amber ale small batch for now!
