Hi Folks.
I am new to the site but have found it to be a wealth of information so far. Thanks !!!
I have been a beer fanatic for the past 20 years and have experimented with brewing in the past.
Having decided to finally take the leap and get a decent home brewing setup. Lots to learn I know.
Whilst slightly tipsy the other evening I committed (rashly?) to a ss brew tech brite tank. It arrives tomorrow ! I really like the idea of carbonating one vessel instead of multiple corny kegs.
I was wondering if (to save haemorrhaging too much money) if I could primary ferment in the brite, dump the yeast/trub out of the bottom port, then condition and carbonate in the same vessel? Or do I need to primary in another vessel?
Many thanks in advance
Matt
