Eyup all.
Got my ginger beer on the go and thinking about my next kit and kilo, and it's gonna be a wilko sweet newkie broon.
Im gonna use dry spray malt again (succesfully hopefuly!) And wanna experiment with dry hopping.

Only bugger is I can't get past the idea of using Fuggles hops, it's like ive had a brain fart and can't think of any others. Fuggles and Willamette appeals.

Any reccomendations for a hop combo??

So I'm gonna use Fuggles and Will

I've recently used willamette in a brown Ale and it worked really well. It's a descendant of fuggles so I'd imagine they'd work well too.

I also used centennial which is quite popular in American brown ales if you want something less traditional.

For my next brown Ale I'm going to use northdown and goldings which I hope will work although the main reason I'm using them is because they've been in the freezer a while.
