after bottling the stout i went out and bought a coopers canadian blonde kit, coopers beer enhancer 1 and since i didnt want a repeat of the stout, saflager s23 yeast. this is the first pale/lager type kit ive done as i prefer dark malty beers but my dad is a lager drinker (tennents  ) so i thought id do one for him to try. anyway, all went well and sg is 1038. i hope this one works better

this one will have to finish about 1010 to be a winner, make sure its kept at a good temp. most important to avoid anything sweet. :thumb: good luck

Just tried a bottle i had (only been bottled a week) and tastes very promising :D

bottled canadian blonde yesterday.
sg 1038 fg 1014 abv 3.2% and sweet. pathetic :(
maybe lager yeast wasnt such a good idea after all, i dont think 18c was cold enough.
still drinkable tho.... i think :hmm:
