Carbonation cap for pet bottles

Just looking at these on eBay for around £7.50 usefull for line cleaning as you can force carb a pet bottle with sanatiser soloution with a quick disconnect and also says you can carbonate a pet bottle of ale,dunno how that works unless you force carb the bottle and quickly unscrew the gadget and replace with the pet bottle cap? Anyone got one and can say if they are any good/ recommend?

My brother uses them, bought from chinese ebay seller i think. Seems to do the trick, good for filling two litre pop bottles to put in the fridge so u dnt have to keep going out to the garage.

ordered me one tonight as I think at the very least its a great gadget for cleaning and sanatising my beer lines,also it looks good to pet bottle beer from a cornie with no sediment to take on your travels
