My next brew i will use Wirlofloc as i hear its better than Irishmoss i normally use.
It will be the the stuff purchased from barley bottom...
The dosage stated on the tub is one tablet per 5 gallon... so i assume 2 tablets per 10 gallon....
The confirmation from you guys is that correct as all i hear is too much could cause this cauliflower stuff..
 
I also had this problem a little while ago, but following the advice from the forum, I halved the protofloc, and have never had it again !
